Feedback in production

Me encontré con este excelente articulo. Me ha tocado estar de los dos lados: Animacion y ahora, direccion. No me olvido nunca de lo que es estar del otro lado. Porque al final de cuentas, el director tambien tiene que presentar resultados solo que a travez del trabajo en equipo

I found this excellent article. I have been in both sides, A an animator and now as an animation Director. I never forget what is to be on the animator's side because at the end, the animation director also need to give results, just that depends of the team work
