OK esto al vez sea tonto, pero ignoraba este shortcut de max que me hubiera ahorrado mucho tiempo en el pasado y por eso lo comparto por aqui.
Para los que gustan de trabajar en Modo Experto dentro de max, esto es muy util...
Para activar un shortcut de este boton que señalo abajo tienen que irse a los siguientes menus
Customize UI dialog -- Customize user interface --
y en la categoria keybord podran encontrar el comando que se llama nada mas y nada menos que:
"next/previous key mode toggle"..
por fin la luz.

Maybe is a little dumb but I ignored the name of the shortcut to assign it max. I would liked to know this before but anyway I share it here
To the guys that like to work in expert mode this is useful...
TO activate the shortcut of this button that I show below you must go to this menu
Customize UI dialog -- Customize user interface --
and in the category keyboard you'll find the hotkey called
"next/previous key mode toggle"..
